Refund policy

If you order as a consumer, you have seven days from acceptance of the offer to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or paying a penalty, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08.

Where you expressly ask for immediate performance before the end of this period, the usage actually performed up to your request remains due. The unused part remains refundable. This statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers acting for the purposes of their activity.

The balance paid and not used can be refunded, except for a dedicated server term that has already begun (see below). A deleted resource stops being billed, but the hours already used are not refunded; a VPS deleted less than one hour after its first start is billed one full hour. A resource whose creation failed is never billed.

In case of a double debit, a confirmed payment with no credit to the wallet, or an erroneous charge, we correct the entry and refund any amount collected in error.

A dedicated server is billed per monthly term paid in advance. As long as the machine has not been delivered, the order is refunded in full: if we refuse it, if delivery fails, or if you give it up before delivery.

Once the machine has been delivered, the current term is due in full: the unused part of the month is not refunded, because our supplier bills us for the whole month. You can stop the renewal, and the machine remains available until the end of the paid month. This rule also applies to options and setup fees. It does not replace the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

Write to us from the contact page with the account email address, the payment reference and the amount requested. Never send your password or your full bank details.

The refund is made without undue delay and at the latest fifteen days after the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. It goes back to the original payment method where that is possible; otherwise we agree a secure method with you.
