Who operates it
QuantylCloud is operated by QUANTYL MAROC, whose registered office is at N° 28, rue Matrane Khalil Matrane, avenue Allal Ben Abdellah, Fès, Maroc. ICE 004014038000044, RC 91243.

Why this service
In Morocco, renting a server often means one of two compromises.
Local host
A monthly or yearly contract, paid in advance.
International cloud
Billed in foreign currency, on an international card, with no Moroccan invoice.
QuantylCloud
The hourly, no-commitment billing of the cloud, payment in dirhams, and the invoice with Moroccan VAT of a local company.

How we work
VPS are KVM virtual machines running on Proxmox VE, on physical servers that we rent and administer. The console, billing and wallet are built and run by us: the price shown is calculated by the same engine that debits your account.
Every debit is recorded in a ledger that cannot be edited, and every resource keeps the price it was ordered at: a change to the price list never touches an existing server.

What we commit to saying, and not saying
- Prices in dirhams, all taxes included, visible before you order, with the monthly cap of each machine.
- The rules that cost money written next to the prices: a stopped server is still billed, a failed provisioning costs nothing.
- No availability or latency figure until we have measured it.
- Dated terms and conditions, and a privacy policy compliant with Law 09-08.
